These Terms govern your use of the Barcadia Events operating platform (the “Platform”). By signing in you accept them. If you disagree with any term, do not use the Platform.
1. Access
The Platform is invite-only. Your access is subject to the agreement between Barcadia Events Limited and your organisation, or to a personal invitation issued to you by an authorised administrator.
2. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform, probe or scan for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or use it to distribute unlawful content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
3. Data
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Content submitted to the Platform remains the property of the submitting organisation.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but provide the Platform on an “as available” basis unless a separate service-level agreement is in force with your organisation.
5. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes are communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
